Jayden Ellis
Founder Overview
Jayden Ellis is the Founder of LifeLeveled, a platform created around one simple question: “What if life came with a tutorial?” Jayden founded LifeLeveled to help close the gap between what young people are taught and what they are expected to know once they enter the real world. His vision is to create a modern learning experience where students and young adults can build practical skills through interactive lessons, simulations, personalized tools, and real-world practice instead of having to figure everything out through trial and error.
Under Jayden’s vision, LifeLeveled brings traditionally separate areas of life preparation into one connected platform—including career readiness, financial literacy, independent living, communication, physical fitness education, mental wellness support, transportation readiness, and personal development.

With more than 19 years of service and leadership experience, Brittany Thomas brings a strong background in Correctional Administration, Social Services, Information Technology, and Community Service to LifeLeveled. As CEO, Brittany helps guide LifeLeveled’s organizational direction, partnerships, and commitment to serving young people and communities.
Her experience working with individuals, families, organizations, and community-based systems gives her a practical understanding of the importance of access, support, opportunity, and preparation. Brittany is passionate about empowering young people with the resources, knowledge, and opportunities they need to build stronger futures and become confident, capable adults.
