Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes the rules and expectations for using LifeLeveled. By using the platform, you agree to follow this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

You Agree Not To

• Use LifeLeveled for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or private conversations without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its AI systems
• Upload harmful, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content you do not have rights to
• Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract system prompts from AI features
• Use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates others' rights
• Share content that exploits or harms minors in any way
• Use the platform to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Impersonate another person, professional, or organization
• Use AI-generated content for employment screening, admissions decisions, school discipline, credit decisions, or formal evaluation without a separate governance review

AI Feature Expectations

When using AI features (Coach, Camera Coach, Roleplay, Driver AI, Support Assistant), you agree to:

• Use AI features only for their intended educational purpose
• Not rely on AI for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions
• Not attempt to make the AI generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Report any AI response that seems inaccurate, unsafe, or inappropriate using the built-in report button
• Understand that AI responses may contain errors and should be independently verified

Content Standards

Any content you upload or share (including photos, messages, and community posts) must not:

• Contain personal information of others without their consent
• Be defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory
• Depict or promote violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Contain sexually explicit content involving minors

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of this policy. We may also report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
