Our Commitment

LifeLeveled is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our digital experiences and to conform to recognized accessibility standards.

Current Status

LifeLeveled has not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit against WCAG 2.1 or WCAG 2.2. We are in the process of reviewing our platform against these standards. This statement describes our current practices and known limitations honestly, rather than claiming conformance we have not verified.

We have implemented the following accessibility practices:

• Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
• Keyboard navigation support for interactive elements
• Responsive layout that adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports
• Color contrast that meets WCAG AA standards for most text
• Accessible form labels and error messaging
• Support for reduced-motion preferences via CSS

Known Limitations

• Some AI-generated content interfaces (Camera Coach, Roleplay) may have areas that need further screen reader optimization.
• Some interactive elements may not have fully consistent focus indicators across all browsers.
• Video and audio content may not always have captions or transcripts.
• The LifeSim simulator uses complex interactive components that may present challenges for assistive technology.
• We have not yet tested with all major screen reader and browser combinations.

Improvement Commitment

We are committed to improving accessibility and plan to:

• Conduct a formal accessibility audit against WCAG 2.1 AA
• Address issues identified in the audit
• Test with assistive technologies including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation
• Add captions and transcripts for multimedia content
• Establish a regular accessibility review process
